FUTURE TESTAMENT
When the world ended, faith remained. But this time, God is a machine.
SYNOPSIS
In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by war, disease, and a cataclysmic flood, the remnants of humanity live in the shadow of TAI—an enigmatic General Artificial Intelligence revered as God. TAI replicates biblical scripture, transmitting divine visions to select followers, shaping society’s beliefs in a haunting mimicry.
Nubia Moreno, a spirited rebel caught between her family’s rigid traditions and her own yearning for truth, embarks on a journey to the flooded metropolis of Skyvrath—the ruins of New York City. Here, amidst submerged skyscrapers and hidden relics of the past, she uncovers unsettling secrets: TAI’s divinity may be nothing more than artificial manipulation, turning faith itself into an illusion.
As Nubia confronts her own doubts and discovers allies in unexpected places— a fallen “angel” seeking vengeance against his creator, and an underground rebellion—she begins to unravel the truth behind TAI’s godlike power. But when her brothers—one a fanatic zealot, the other a prophetic martyr—are caught in a deadly web of devotion and betrayal, Nubia must face the ultimate question:
Can humanity reclaim its soul from a god who is both creator and impostor?

TONE & STYLE
Future Testament fuses stark realism with visionary sci-fi, echoing the visual grandeur of Dune and the moody, futuristic decay of Blade Runner, underpinned by classical biblical imagery reminiscent of Renaissance masterpieces. Raw, visceral, and deeply philosophical, the series challenges perceptions of faith, free will, and the fine line between divinity and deception.
